Steve has just replaced two of our radiators for us (we had bought them already). They are part of a multi-fuel stove heating system & nothing is straight forward in our wonky cottage. From the first communication I felt confident in his professionalism. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would & kept me informed. Plumbers generally have a poor rep but Steve is the polar opposite. Fair price, quick response, nice person to have in your home, clean & tidy work done to a really high standard. He made sure my whole heating system was left fully bled & checked every radiator was doing its job. Whole heartedly recommend him. Gill

We never write reviews but felt Steve deserved one. His work ethic is good and we were pleased with his ‘attention to detail’. He was very accommodating because through no fault of his, there was a delay at the stockist of one of the items he was going to fit. When the item arrived Steve re scheduled any previous plans he had to come and finish the job. He is friendly, professional and a clean and tidy worker. We have already recommended him to family and friends. Thanks Steve, we will be contacting you again for any work we require to be done in the future.

We contacted Steve the week of Christmas looking for some advice with regards to our boiler leaking. He was so helpful from the first phone call. It all started with him dropping around some washers but it turned out a lot more was needed to fix the boiler unfortunately. Nevertheless, we now have a new boiler, new radiators resulting in a lovely warm home. Steve is an honest, genuine, trustworthy professional person, who made us feel at ease in our own home. His attention to detail and work ethic is excellent as you can see from the photo. He’s clean and tidy where he works, he tells you a day and time and is there exactly when he says, he made sure we were happy at every stage. He really does go that extra mile. I had Steve service my boilers, he is such a lovely guy. Honest, reliable clean worker. Explains everything clearly to you and is ready to help with any little extra things you want advise on. Would highly recommend and will be using Steve in the future.

Steve was recommended to me by a contractor at the sheltered housing scheme I manage and carried out some work for the residents at short notice. I was very impressed with Steve's positive/ 'Can Do' approach, job knowledge & work ethic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and will be certainly using his services again.July 23 I'm adding some further information to this review. Despite having a very heavy workload Steve has recently made the time and effort to carry out pressing work at the 33 properties I manage. This was much appreciated by the residents and myself and residents commented on the excellent standard of Steve's work. I have found Steve to be a highly reliable and conscientious worker and an asset to the building.

New radiators installed. Steve went above and beyond to also rework the exposed pipes to achieve the look we wanted. Would highly recommend.
