Phoned about my shower pipe and he called me back within 15 minutes. Explained the problem and he said he would be there in an hour. He was there within the hour. Showed him the problem with the pipe and he told me he had a spare in the van. Went and got it and fitted it and would not take any payment. I honestly did not think that this kind of service still existed.Ian

Thanks to Michael and Paul for their help. Our shower had been dripping for over a year and we had just lived with it because we'd been given the impression by a couple of plumbers that it was going to be a big job and that we'd have to knock through wall tiles to reach the mechanism of the shower. Michael identified that we could just replace the cartridge in the shower dial/control - so they ordered it and replaced it the next week and that sorted the drip!

Paul was amazing. Thank you so much for helping so quickly following a dodgy repair by another company. Initially Paul suggested I try to contact the other company as their work should have been covered under a warranty, done 3 weeks before. Paul's responsiveness and professionalism when I rang him back was very much appreciated in trying times. He was able to visit the same day, and kind enough to fix up the mistake (made by others) and didn't charge me! What a legend. Highly recommend to anyone in need of shower repair help.

My power shower stopped working suddenly - I assumed it had a dead component. Paul was brilliant and advised me not to order one until he'd looked at it. Shower was fine, had accidentally knocked the power switch that was somewhere else in the house. Mystery solved in minutes, saved me loads of money by not ordering components and didn't charge for the callout where other plumbers probably would have done. Very professional, honest and will definitely use in the future.

Paul is excellent! He came over to look into the problem of my shower. It was due to the failure of the water pressure reducing valve. He kindly provided free advices and suggestions of plumbers for me to contact and fix the problem. Thank you Paul!

Paul was recommended to me by a friend and what a fantastic recommendation that was. I contacted him after the electric shower belonging to a very elderly friend stopped heating the water, we had suspected the thermostat was gone but we're not plumbers! Paul called round with his colleague Jarek (apologies if I've got that wrong!) exactly when he said he would and within minutes had identified the problem as a faulty shower head. He replaced the shower head free of charge and did not even charge for his time, what an absolute gentleman and a credit to his profession. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services, thanks Paul.

Brian returned my call within an hour and as he was in the vicinity already said he would come round in 15 mins.He appeared 10 minutes later and as he had a spare shower in his van was able to replace my faulty one within 30 minutes !Rarely see this speed and quality of service these days so i would not hesitate to recommend Morningside Shower Services.

Gave them a call after I had been badly let down by another local company over replacing a failed shower pump. Paul came round promptly, advised what was needed for the job and fixed a time and date for the return visit. He returned as arranged and fitted the new pump cleanly and efficiently. All done for a reasonable price.

I contacted Paul from Morningside Shower Services , regarding a replacement part for my shower screen .Although he couldn't provide me with what I needed, he very kindly went out of his way to give details of a company that he uses .I have since contacted them and am awaiting a reply.Paul was extremely, helpful with a friendly approach and would be more than happy to recommend this company to others based on my initial dealings with them.
