The best test of a retailer is how they deal with a problem. My item was slightly damaged in transit despite being carefully packed, and arranging a return and replacement was fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service!My story is: I had some unusual problems with modifying drone I bought from YourFPV. I had wrote massage to producers support and to YourFPV, just in case. I had described problem with full details, producers support did not even read that and gave me an useless youtube link. YourFPV support and that time spend a week with me sending numerous mails trying to figure out with me how to fix problem. As I am total newbe to FPV that support was like a set of great lessons, now I now much more, all replies were super fast and problem finally has been solved and I get free little cable which was needed.I would never expect so much support from store. Absolutely brilliant!Oh, and delivery time. I had two orders. Both of them arrived next day! I live just 2h driving from YourFPV, but still another thumb up for the store and Royal Mail ;-)

Ordered a couple times now, dispatched fast, have good stock and good communication. Was a little cautious on first order as it not a flashy website but has been spot on every time. Cannot fault!!

Seriously, I don't often say that about stores I buy from...but Your FPV went the extra mile for me, I feel.Made an order during the week of postal strikes and it was shipped and delivered absolutely perfectly, as if the strike wasn't even happening!But, also, I made a last-minute request to add something to the order and they made it happen! They didn't have to, but they did. Obviously they'd have preferred me to get me act together in one order (ha!) but they made it happen.I will be searching through their site whenever I need anything as they seem to have a good level of stock, despite these crazy times.And their prices are bang on, too. Grabbed 2 x Hota chargers at the best price I could find online, by a long way.

Great service but beware there is no physical shop, I got there expecting to find a store but its above a restaurant and its a side business type thing, just order online.
