very disappointed with the so called service,sent completely the wrong parts another part arrived two and a half months after i had broken down,given the run around when i tried to get a refund.

I was looking for a part for my motor home locally I found motor home medic nearby, so I decided to call in. The sign on the side of the building said motorhome medic, so I thought great right place the sign underneath said reception so I went in, old boy in reception asked can I help you so I explained what I wanted, to which he said I have no idea what you are talking about to which I replied but your motor home medic aren’t you to which he replied no they are around the corner, you have to go out and ring a bell then someone will com and see you, so I did, I rang the bell waited a couple of minutes then a gentleman call out to me from behind a fence, can I help you. I explained that I wanted a part for my motor home, to which he replied “we don’t do motorhomes, we only do American RVs”. So just for clarity the motor home medic don’t touch motor home’s. Sort of Two Ronnie’s sketch.
