A few weeks ago I took my winter feather duvet in for an annual clean. Some people might say why pay the cost, just buy a new one but I'm not a fan of the throwaway culture. It's served me well for many years, maybe 15 already, so I was delighted to collect it back from them looking and feeling brand new. Thanks very much for an amazing job.

Wow..... thank you Atlantic Dry Cleaners Thornhill and Portswood for the amazing job you have done on our shamefully dirty sofa covers. Thank you for your excellent customer service, from the lady who took our covers over the counter to the gentleman who rang (working on a Sunday to keep a promise) to give us an update on progress through the system (it was so dirty it had to go through twice). Thank you for letting us know when it was ready for collection. It now looks like new and I am amazed....... see you next time. Glenda Hardie

After last year's good service, I was happy to take the duvet back for another clean this summer; on collection unfortunately, I couldn't have been more disappointed. There was a strong smell of cleaning product, and a heavy, sticky feeling to it. So I had to return it, however despite their apologies, a week later it was much the same.Apparently, their professional cleaning service" consists of simply putting the items in one of the regular machines.The only solution was for me to hand wash it myself at home

Brought some items last Monday service wash and dry cleaning found the lady in the Morning very helpful and understanding and explained I could do the wash myself but I would prefer the Lady did it and I have been very happy with the Results thank you Atlantic Cleaners Thornhill

Fab service! Very lovely in there, dry-cleaned my second hand coat that smelled of stale smoke and was slightly discoloured and it looks and smells brand new now! Couldn’t be happier ☺️

Very disappointing service. I took 10 pieces of shirts for ironing, few of them were badly done to a point I had to iron them myself. Whats the point of paying £3.5 a piece m? Their service was better last year. Don't think I can afford to go back again.
