Superb service, replies to my questions/queries are instant. Changed my tyres to tubeless and fixed a slight mishap I had with my lockout suspension, will continue to use the shop now for any further issues/changes I have.

We have just picked up 2 new e-go max bikes from Jacs and quickly got them into the back of the motorhome then off to the Cotswolds. The bikes were a total success and we both managed several steep inclines which they made easy work of. Prior to buying them we had a one to one with Ross who takes his time and explained the pros and cons of all the bikes. We then both took a test ride. He is clearly very knowledgeable and takes his time with you which is really helpful. We decided on the folding e -go bikes for easy handling and storage with a good range. Ross gave us a great bundle deal on the 2 bikes so whats not to like.

I can’t thank Ross at Jac’s Bikes enough for his help with selecting a suitable ebike and altering it’s settings to fit my needs. He was very considerate and understanding. I am 5ft 1, and petite, with a pelvic rotation problem which means I need an upright sitting position. Can’t wait to try out my new Ezego Step NZ!

I haven’t been able to ride a conventional bike for a while owing to a dodgy knee. I went to Jacs who were so helpful and understanding and suggested ways to make riding an electric bike easier. It worked! I happily peddled 5km yesterday. I’m thrilled.

I removed my previous post about my broken ebikes from this company. Reason was: that I gave their engineer a second chance to repair my ebike. Frank who works on their bikes was working on my most recent repair.I'm now over£800 out of pocket. 2 controllers later, and a brand new frame due to the first one that snapped when I was on it! and I still have no bike running.Waste of money which is down the drain. AVOID and pay with a reputable company. Better paying more than take the risk. I have lost a lot of money with this company. They aren't interested in helping, less you pay more for updated controllers. Really angry and my stupidity giving them a second chance

Just bought an E-Go Max from JACs and they were absolutely brilliant. From the first telephone enquiry to collecting my new bike Ross could not have been more helpful. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding. He even put a similar bike in my car boot to ensure it would fit. What sets JACs apart from other retailers is that they provide all the after care and servicing your bike will ever need. I will never buy an electric bike from anyone else. Thank you

I bought my ebike over 2 years ago. Felt compelled to write a review today because owning an ebike is not just about the initial purchase. The aftersales service is really important. I have the bike serviced ~6 months, and the service is always to a high professional standard and customer service is 2nd to none. I am always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Why is this so important? What you will find with an ebike is that ordinary bike shops will not perform even the most basic of repairs. I suspect that there's something around insurance / risk involved here (particularly given the number of unsafe ebikes out there). Yesterday I asked a local-to-work bike repair shop to replace my disc brake pads. They refused to work on the bike on account of it being electric...I even offered to take the battery out and they still refused. Knowing that I can contact Jac's whenever work is needed and that I will not be overcharged, or denigrated for my lack of bike maintenance knowledge is great. I've still got a few more years in my ebike, but with this kind of customer service, I will be buying my next bike from Jac's for sure.
