If I could leave less then 1 star I would charged for phone work not delivered. Avoid, shop assistant tried to say it wasn't him who served me. Unhelpful and best to avoid.

They said they'd call me on Friday, and did. There were no extra costs. The people there were polite. They even had my phone screen protector available for purchase. Great local shop.

I went in as my touchscreen wasn't working and they conducted a 30-minute assessment. On return, I was given back my phone but now the display wouldn't work. So, basically, they broke the phone even more. Now I cannot even access it - even with a multiport adapter - to retrieve my files and so on.Very disappointing as I wasn't told about any risks their assessment might pose to the display before they 'checked it out'.Avoid.

The phone is finally fixed, so I am satisfied. The prices are more or less ok, but when you ask what the price is going to be, the shop owner gives a range with a difference of £5 (eg. £15-20 or £30-35) - rest assured it will be the higher end definitely. Also, he tends to forget about meeting the customer at agreed time, or fixing the phone by promised time, and constantly asks for time extensions to the point where it just becomes suspicious. So i feel that lots of my time has been wasted. Hopefully the phone will work long though.

RIP OFF!We went in to get a phone screen replaced and was quoted more than the phone cost us originally.We were shown a phone we believed was new and bought it. When we asked our daughter to set the phone she told us the phone we were sold was a massive down grade. The phone was second hand as it had signs of wear and the previous owner had left the original receipt in the box. The guy in the shop had charged more for the phone second hand than the previous owner had new.Absolutely gutted. Taking advantage of our age its discusting.

Had a new screen fitted here for my Grand daughter she had dropped it cost £55 also plus £10 for a screen protector total £65 less £5 for cash . All fine for 3 days then when my Grand daughter opened it to receive a TX. a vertical black line appeared , took it back seller says she dropped it" she hadn't ! I pointed out that I had bought a screen protector that he said would avoid the problem recurring for a £ 5 ! I am a truthful English man
