Impressed with the excellent and friendly customer service. Nathan was especially helpful. Purchased a double-bed and new mattress on a Sunday and was contacted three days later that it was ready to be delivered. Delivery people were also very friendly and professional. They took great care in shifting and assembling the bed. Great to support a family-run business while buying British-made goods.

Absolutely great service from Sofas & Beyond Stratford-Upon-Avon. Nathan was really helpful and knowledgeable when helping us choose our sofas and colour schemes. Really great customer service and communication - we were kept informed about delivery etc. The sofas have just arrived and I couldn't be happier - great quality and they look really stylish in my house. Delivery was on time and very efficient. Just a great service from start to end!

We were let down by our planned carpet fitter so we went to Sofas and Beyond. We met Nathan who was fantastic. He showed us the samples, came to measure up a few days later and a week later we had our new carpets fitted. We are so happy with the service and the quality of carpet is superb. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to carpet/furnish their home!

I am absolutely over the moon with my new carpet supplied & fitted by Sofas & Beyond. Service from the store to the fitters was top drawer. I thought this would be a tricky job but they set to work & the outcome as you can see looks great. I'll be back in a few months for my Lounge Carpet & a New Sofa! Thanks Guys

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the beautiful furniture we have taken delivery of. Lovely company to deal with, not pushy sales, but very helpful.Great quality furniture and the team they sub contracted to deliver were superb, quick efficient and tidy.We had to wait a little longer than expected for our goods, but that is understandable in the current climate.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Will definitely be paying them a visit for carpets in the future.

Excellent store with very competitive prices. Small store the makes the most of its space. Furniture available in different fabrics. Just revived my sofa and I'm in love with it. Have ordered a chair now. And considering carpets.

So we just popped in for a browse myself and my little boy, as i'm currently in the market for a nice new sofa.I have ordered one from here because of the service received - Nathan was so genuine and treated us really well myself and my son left feeling welcomed and appreciated.I didn't get the same service from DFS or SCS !Happy to have placed an order from this store.

I was so impressed with the service & quality when I purchased my bed. Ryan was so helpful & knowledgeable on the mattresses, he wasn't pushy at all and gave us time to try everything. We bought a Sleepeezee Pocket Gel Poise 3200 mattress with an Ottoman Base for extra storage on Ryan's advice. The mattress is absolutely amazing, I have never slept so well and the additional storage has been a godsend in our bungalow. We were kept up to date on the delivery and the delivery team were super helpful. It was also really nice to hear it was a Family Run Business where I always try and support local smaller businesses. They come highly recommended by me!
