Nice area to visit with a few shops to see & look at along with a Brewery and an Antiques Centre.

Beer festival with DJ on Saturday Good selection of beers + mussels in white wine sauce and garlic bread nice lunch

I only visited GB Antiques and found the parking and location to be good but I won't be returning as I found the noises coming from the Abbatoir next door to be deeply, deeply upsetting. A truly heartbreaking experience which I will never forget.

Fantastic farm shop. Cheap meat if you buy the freezer packs. Lovely fruit and veg.Lancaster Brewery lives here. Enough said!You can enjoy a really tasty all day carvery for £8.95.

Great place, loads of parking, plenty to see. Great antiques centre, shops, countryside meats have an excellent selection. Restaurant is very nice, clean. Brill carvery. Ice cream parlour has great ice cream esp blue banana. Recommended place to visit.

Took my little granddaughter here yesterday, and she had a ball. She also had her tea there which was included in the price upon entry. And the meal was very nice, so was the hot chocolate.I highly recommended.

We made the mistake of trying to visit the Leisure Park on August 27th and had our day ruined by the road closures for the NW Youth Cycling event. I don't think there were any warnings on the web site and signage on the spot was woeful, with no suggested diversions just the bald Road Closed". This meant that we had to park about half a mile away from the centre and walk. Perhaps you think that's not too far .... it is if you are registered disabled and normally park with a blue badge. Very poor organisation and the day only saved by a helpful official who was able to drive us back up the steep hill after our visit having heard my protest to the person in charge. I am fed up about how the general public is supposed to just say amen and accept such closures

Bull in a china shop is always worth a look.

Great place with factory outlet and the best butchers.
