Nirvana Soul

I had a 40 minute back, neck and head massage. I found the massage very relaxing. I work at a computer a lot and get very tense in my neck. I felt my shoulders in particular relax and noted to Claire that I could feel how they had softened into better contact with the massage table. The room in Claire’s home was nicely and discretely set up for the massage. I found the location really advantageous as it’s not in town so you don’t have to contend with traffic and car parks. An unscented oil was used for the massage, I think it would be nice to offer scented oils to those who enjoy them. A couple of drops of lavender oil would have put me fully in chill out mode! I have already booked my next session.

I always look forward to my visits to Claire. Her set up is brilliant and her Indian head massages are just the best! Perfect for a de-stress when needed.
