F45 Training Southend on Sea

Ever since the doors opened here my love and passion for fitness has returned, and that's massively to do with the PTs and how fun the workouts are. The workouts change frequently enough that you're never bored and there's no judgment if you're struggling with the exercises either. Although be prepared for a push if you're not struggling!I've been to several F45 studios and every single one has its own style and culture, but they all have one thing in common - they attract like-minded individuals, so it's a great community vibe which helps you keep going- consistently! Southend has been waiting for a gym like this, and thank god it's finally here. The Owner and PTs are all super personable and committed to you achieving your goals so if you're looking for results and to make a few legendary mates along the way give Simon a shout - you won't look back.
