We are new home owners and our first boiler service was due, couldn’t fault the quality of service from booking to the engineer coming round! Great that they do monthly deals on Facebook so we managed to get an amazing price. Will definitely be using S O’Brien for all future services. A huge thank you to all the team - especially Rob!We've had a number of unconnected plumbing issues this year and O'Brien's have consistently given quick, effective, professional support, from the company organisation to the engineers themselves. Most of the visits were organised for us via our emergency insurance cover, but the latest issue had to be covered ourselves.We could have used any company, but we had no hesitation in using O'Briens again. A particularly big thank you to Rob for all his support over the last two days. He was approachable, professional and had excellent communication about each step of the process. He went out of his way to get the parts ordered and fitted as quickly as possible.We hope our bad luck with plumbing has ended, but we know we are in safe hands for the future!!

Booked for a boiler service and got an appointment for the very next day… got a call just before 8am with a time off the engineer and he arrived bang on time. Service completed in full and no problems which was good… professional company, very reasonable prices and I’m very happy with the service I received. Our boiler was serviced by Jack. He was on time, very polite and very professional. The service was completed without any problems and he was very competent in his abilities. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our boiler stopped working so had an engineer out to assess the problem, once they discovered what the fault was they explained our options we decided to replace the boiler for a new one. They booked the fitting very promptly for us and the engineer who came was very polite, friendly and made sure everything was cleared up after the repair. He talked us through how to use the new boiler and ensured we didn’t have any other questions or concerns before leaving.Would highly recommend S.O’Brien, from start to finish the communication has been great and we have felt very looked after.Thanks so much!

From answering the phone by the lovely lady at the company, to being booked in for a boiler service, to a visit from Jack to do the job, professionalism and efficiency abounded.
