Really enjoyed my haircut and a blow-dry by Issey. Great work, attitude and such a great look. Everything about her work was just perfect, thank you!The whole experience wasn't so perfect. Was asked about a drink, I requested a coffee, and never got it. Yes, I could've asked, but was a bit upset and felt left out.Also, that was my partners treat for me, and as I know, he emailed the salon earlier and added his credit card, so he would be charged for my haircut.But before I left a salon the lady from the reception asked me to close my bill. Which I did and left a bit confused.Anyway, no complaints about the hair services, everything is on point and thank you for that. Cheers.

I had my hair coloured today by Sophia at Notting Hill. I LOVE the result! Sophia managed to create exactly what I was hoping for! Andrea’s hair cuts are also the BEST! The results last for ages. Thank you to both of you! Grateful!

If you want great customer service with highly skilled hairstylists who are not only fantastic at their job but just overall great people, this is the place to go. Bobby has sorted me out nicely over the past year and I won’t go anywhere else.I work on TV and I didn’t have a clue what to do with my hair anymore, slowly and correctly Bobby has helped me fix a new style that not only suits me but is perfect for me. Legend!

I am obsessed with Stacie at the Westbourne Grove branch. I’ve never known a stylist to be so passionate about their work and it’s a pleasure to sit in the chair with her. I don’t usually like having my haircut but she manages to create the perfect natural looking cut that even makes my thin hair look much thicker. I can’t rate her highly enough!

This is the only place I ever go to get my hair cut any more, as it’s absolutely just leagues above any other hairdresser I’ve been to. Lucy is the only person I trust with my curly hair, she cut my hair when I transitioned to wearing it in its natural style and she’s been amazing along the way teaching me about how to take care of it. Def recommend!

I have to say, the kindness and pure love in this place was amazing. You can tell they are a true team, that love there job, and take pride into every client that comes through the door. I saw Scott for a fabulous new restyle and Sarah for my colour. I have had many bad experiences in salons, so was quite nervous to see new people again, but they made me super comfortable. They taught me loads and walked me through every step. It is of course pricy but 1000% worth it, for the finish, feel and company.

I was a model for Alisha, she communicated really well before my appointment and she cut my hair into a new style. I am so happy with my hair, Alisha was professional and very talented. I highly recommend her and the salon. Thank you so much. Dawn A

Fab, super happy with my cut and will probably be coming back. The staff are great and very friendly. Only thing I would have different would be perhaps more time and effort on styling the hair after a cut. Considering the steep prices I was a bit underwhelmed at the lack of styling. But I was so happy with the amazing cut, that it’s definitely something I can look past. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I needed a wash and blowout and it was quick and easy. Booked online and had the best luck with Lucy and wash by Has. So grateful for the lovely experience. I will definitely be back!

Stacie is the absolute best! I have really fine hair and she does an amazing job cutting it so it looks thicker. She cuts hair for all our family now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thank you Stacie ♥️
