This place was a regular for me over 10 years ago but not used since. We fancied Thai so thought would give it a go - it’s jumped to top of my list for worst takeaway I have had in my life. Simply appalling and I cannot recommend any aspect - and usually I only write positive reviews and if not happy, I just keep quiet rather than harm a business.Better start with the food. No redeeming features and there were 4 of us so tried multiple dishes. Crispy shredded beef starter was more like pork crackling and suspect it had been cooked multiple times over multiple days. The hot Thai chicken wings starter missed an important ingredient of chicken as I never found any on the alleged chicken bits as all bone/gristle.The main courses were this curious mish mash of onions, more onion, a bit more onion for extra padding, a few pieces of pepper and a small amount of tasteless chicken/beef/king prawn as we had multiple dishes. A few spices were thrown in bearing little reality to Thai food and essentially every dish was the same. Tasteless and bearing no resemblance to Thai food (or any other food for that matter).On top of this, she had got multiple dishes wrong on order although we eat anything so not big problem. There was a fundamental problem for running a takeaway in that lady who seemed to run it and take all orders, frustratingly does not have sufficient command of the English language for this role. You take pot luck with your order and I noticed this with others.I was told 15 minutes from order but it ended up as 45 minutes. We collected and nowhere on their menu, board or signs in shop said ‘cash only’. To my surprise when food finally turned up, it was cash only and she seemed shocked that I didn’t know she was one of only places in UK not to take cards. I pointed out that mentioning it on menu or on sign on wall may help but she didn’t understand. Fortunately petrol station opposite so I was able to get some cash as had card with me. After all this, she then tried to overcharge me until I pointed out.Safe to say, we will never be using again.

Awesome tasting and as near authentic Cantonese and Thai cooking without traveling to The East. Never, ever had a bad meal from SupaWok and we have tried many dishes off the menu

Nice food, quick service. Not exactly cheap but I wasn't disappointed. Good portion sizes and great flavour.

Briefly in the place and I had to get out, very poor hygiene. Long dirty fingernails, dirty grease on the walls and doors and over priced for what I tried ordering.

My food from here was perfect. The sweet and sour pork isn't like those horrible balls of batter you normally get, they are proper Cantonese style, dark brown with a crunch! Highly recommended from me!

Had a special with black pepper and fried rice it was really tasty and hot wen it arrived. However the salt and chilli chips were very dry and looked burnt too.Deffianatly not the best Chinese I've had but edible. Price is a bit steep at 16.quid also wen I've had cheaper from elsewhere.

The best. The food is amazing.Dont ever judge on the outside.I dont take this lightly. I haven't left a review for a long time. The women who serves you is a character. I like her..I felt the need to write this review because unless something stands out I'm not going to and this takeaway does.Super wok in my opinion is a place I highly recommend to visit.Especially if you enjoy vegetable dishesThat's all I can say.I can now say happily I'm quite impressed with consistency of the service and food quality I'm receiving.My review reflects the taste and quality I can clearly see in abundance.Not once have I been disappointed.I've had ruffly 20 now and my food is always bang on.To those of you who leave 1 star. Shame on you.All I can suggest is you take a close look at your life, and stop ruining other's.

We ordered a Takeaway to be delivered and was really shocked to be charged £18 for chicken curry and chips and a Special Fried Rice. When the food arrived we were disappointed with the size of portion but more upsetting was the absence of chicken in the curry but the presence of several mushrooms which were not asked for.There was a lack of added ingredients to the Special Rice, tiny bits of meat and two king prawns. We were disappointed and considered the meal to be very poor value and the Takeaway, not worthy of a return visit.
