Highly recommended. Full-time centre, fully equipped with multiple classes per week from beginner to advanced. Mr McCann is the Chief Instructor there and provides fantastic classes for all ages and abilities. The beginners only classes are particularly suitable if you have never done martial arts before. They are safe, unintimidating and allow the whole family to train together. Well worth a visit if you are looking for martial arts, kickboxing, fitness more confidence etc.

The most professional martial arts school you'll find in a Wigan post code. With a minimum age of 3 years old and family classes where you can all train together, nowhere will meet your needs as well as Family Martial Arts Centres!

Fantastic place to learn Martial Arts and get fit. When I first started I couldn't even do a star jump properly now I'm a lean mean fighting machine with a Black Belt to my name. Mr McCann the instructor is very knowlegable, patient and will get the best out of you.

Went to have a look around and see the costs, we saw one if the instuctors and was told it will cost us £3000 up front to get a black belt and it would take about 12 months, sorry but I'm not that gullible, went to another school instead and paid £5.00 per lesson.

Learn, laugh, enjoy are all words I didn’t expect to use when I signed up. The classes are so friendly and you can do as much or as little as you want while learning you also get a bit of cultural perception and understanding not to mention a useable skill.
