Unprofessional and devious. Avoid at all cost.The edit below is due to the reply from the business......The property unexpectedly came back onto the market overnight, we had am alert from rightmove and called the estate agent first thing on the Friday morning. The estate agent's first available appointment was Wednesday the following week. We made the appointment and it was confirmed to us that we were the first callers and that was the first available appointment. If another appointment became available earlier, the estate agent would call us. On the Monday we were called by the Estate Agent and told that it had sold as they took somebody else to view it on the Saturday.

Until we came to sell my late mother's home, I had no idea of how hard estate agents worked. Maria and the team at Simon Blyth in Penistone never stopped working on our behalf, arranging viewings, filtering prospective buyers and just keeping us informed of everything. When the first sale fell through, it was all hands to the deck again!! They were all so lovely to deal with and so efficient and professional. We actually purchased the house through Simon Blyth ten years ago so it was a natural choice to go back to them. A really big THANK YOU to everyone there. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

All the staff at Simon Blyth Penistone office worked so hard to sell a house for us, it was quite unbelievable. As soon as the house went on the market it was as though we had our own agent, constant phone calls, e-mails etc with bookings and updates. The staff filtered the appointments to our requirements, we did the viewings just short of 20 one weekend and the team did the rest.
