It is always busy! But that is clearly because the quality is so good. It's a bit of a tight squeeze in there especially if they have multiple staff doing orders it gets a bit hectic. But it's great food, I definitely need to try the app so not waiting about!

Absolutely delicious fish and chips; probably the best I've had in a long time! Very generous portions. It was a Friday night and half the neighborhood had turned out, which certainly spoke well of them, but even with loads of people lining up, I was still served and on my way home within 15 minutes! Also, all recyclable packaging which was good.

Omg! I have heard good things about this shop but they surpassed my expectations. £8.10 for fish and chips with curry sauce and they were kind enough to give me a regular curry as well as the Irish just in case I didn't like it. (I loved both). I will definitely be going back. Massive portions too.

Lovely bunch of ppl and makes you feel welcome always perfect with your orders and absolutely my favourite chippy. I come from Malvern for my food so that should say it all everything is beautifully cooked and descend portions. Try it yourself you won't be disappointed I promise you

Absolutely amazing. We had the chicken share box which fed 3 people, it was cooked to order and everything was cooked to perfection. The Irish curry was beautiful. Definitely would recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Soggy chips, still very nice but for £12 I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon*response to your feedback, I live 2 minutes away that shouldn't affect the chips whatsoever, the fish also seemed very thin for a full piece of cod, very expensive

Had doner meat and chips. Asked for a little mayonaise and as seen in pic was absolutely blathered in it.Meat was like tough shoe leather with hardly any flavour and not much meat there, and chips were very mushy with no crispness to them at all, can't even say it was due to being wrapped for too long as we sat in car park to eat it. Will definitely not be returning! Total waste of my money. Only ate just under a quarter and threw the rest in bin.

One of the greatest if not the best fish & chips I’ve ever had! Cod was perfectly cooked with crispy batter and lush Jersey potato chips. Mushy peas and gravy were beautiful and my first experience with Irish curry sauce. Wow! What a symphony of flavours. Can’t wait to go again! Staff were lovely too.Ozzie x

First time coming into Hooked, I’ve heard a lot of good things so wanted to come and try it out. Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time ! So fresh and tasty, staff were so friendly I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend

Always fresh. Lovely cod and consistent. You have to wait a bit because it is mostly cooked to order and is very busy but worth the wait. They do a good range of things like wraps etc.
