i got highlights done for £102 and they came out streaky and uneven. Elisha is very nice but i wouldn’t go there again

I recently had a full head of highlights toner, cut and blowdry with Elisha and have never loved my hair so much! She listened to what I wanted and managed to exceed my expectations by adding the perfect tones of highlights. Elisha is very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. This was the first time I have been to the salon and will definitely be them going forward!Thank you Elisha. xx

Absolutely diabolical customer service!I took my darling 10 year old for a cut and blow dry. She told my daughter she looks way too old for a 10 year old because she spotted a single white hair. And told her that her body is too developed for a 10 year old. I was mortified. My daughter cannot stop talking about her very bad experience.I will never forget this experience and DO NOT recommend this salon for children!

Went to cut my extremely long hair after a long time due to the lockdown, I have booked it online which cost me 26 pounds, however I have then cancelled and book an appointment by phone. I asked for a completely straight cut, which as seen in the photo isn’t exactly straight and then on top it ended up being 30 pounds instead. The two stars is only for the lady as she was nice and kind but I wouldn’t cut my hair there again.

Another brilliant hair cut, colour (had my roots done) and blow dry by Elisha. It's the third time I've been and she's been consistently good. Very reasonable prices for a high quality service. I paid £63. Low key and relaxing salon.

Elisha was great and I felt very welcomed in the salon. Her haircut and wash service was quick and efficient and also offered me hot beverage too . I was very pleased with my hair cut as I wished!
