Store closed when I was 1min late I ahte shops that close on Sunday at 4

Good service but an employee kept persuading me to buy the series x and not the s carbon black

If they're out of stock don't use their delivery service and use Amazon they'll take at least 4 days even if you live in the heart of the city. Kind of ruined my weekend which I already had to spend sick with the flu.

Issues:1. Shambolic communication skills. Took ages for one person to message us at 6 am YESTERDAY after ordering it Tuesday 2nd August 9 days from today2. No contact info whatsoever3. STILL haven't got my order even though it said 1 to 2 daysVery disappointed hence the 1 star review

Store is relatively big and has a good selection for console gamers. Traded in a few items here and the staff are friendly enough too. Very small PC section though and still selling digital codes at full price for games that came out years ago.

A great store with caring staff that was only hampered by some of the most disgusting customers I've ever seen in my life. Having witnessed one man screaming at a young member of staff because his nicotine stained, and broken console couldn't be traded in, I have to say the staff handled it admirably.

I tend to visit the store quite regularly and would suggest the store itself is in a good location in town but fairly unremarkable in its set up, following the same kind of layout and style you'd see in any of their stores. Average prices and availability generally good but obviously less reliable on release dates or around christmas.However the staff at this branch are really good. I'm not sure if I've ever talked to the same person twice there but they've always been very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to share their opinions with me on games to try and just generally chatty and friendly when at check out. Even when I've been in at Christmas when its nuts they've still been very friendly and asked if I've needed help.To summarise, the branch is just like any other in terms of pricing, availability and layout which makes it unremarkable- worth about 3.5 stars. The staff are what makes this branch stand out and justifies a 5 star rating. Good work.

Would like to give 5 stars, but when went in couldn't sus out who/where the staff were to ask for assistance

Wasted trip into town just to be told they don't have a POS system in place and should go to Meadowhall where I'd just been for an item they have in stock. What a joke!
