Good little surgery with helpful doctors if you are willing to look past the rudeness of some reception/ dispensary staff. Highly lacking in empathy and very abrupt over the phone. Puts you off wanting to visit the practice at times. I’ve had a family member sent away in tears due to the same blunt treatment on the front desk. It’s not the first time I’ve heard of this issue either.

Dr Anderson is in my opinion is an extremely toxic person with a very poor bedside manner. He came to my house as I had a minor complaint and asked me if I’d thought of the BIG C!Next time he came I wanted to get something done about the nerve damage in both of my feet, and instead of referring me to a consultant for a diagnosis, he said that maybe he should have a word with the DVLA in order to have my driving license revoked. This man should NOT be practicing as a GP.

Been on phone to dr Anderson’s and said he would send prescription to our local Asda for our 4month old child but never sent it after Googling what to give so we went on a 30-40mile drive for something that was not there . Very poor service from what meant to be a head doctor at this surgery. I highly advise to not use this doctor due to the poor service and he tells you that the prescription will be somewhere when it ain’t. One unhappy patient/ parent

So I have been to this pharmacy multiple times for my health and bloods and I am very poorly Half the time so today I went for my puberty injection and we waited 40 minutes to get in and told is it wasn’t there and they apparently cancelled it which made me and my mum sad I want to file a report or this surgery otherwise we are sueing it for 10,000 terrible would not recommend going to Dalston a way better
