Went to sofie with back issues after a brief conversation she booked me in on a time that suited me due to my working hours. Cant fault her work after my first session my back feels alot better and got more freedom of movement will recommend sofie to anyone

I’ve been training with Sofie for a month now and it’s been just the boost I’ve needed to really get to grips with my fitness. She’s really helped push my limits and realise how much I can actually do. Without her encouragement in our 1 to 1 sessions I wouldn’t strive to keep raising the bar more and more every week. And it’s not just having her wealth of knowledge its also having someone with you on your journey who you feel wants you to achieve your goals just as much as you do!

Amazing first visit! Felt very welcome and comfortable. Was guided through the whole process and explained thoroughly throughout. As a keen gym goer I had built up so much tightness and sofie spotted this straight away and even straight after the massage I could feel the difference. I was recommend to visit limitless-body tech by a friend and im so glad I did. I will now be going back for regular treatments weekly!
