Argos Hailsham

Really really annoyed, drove 1/2 an hour to pick up lego. Box was completely battered. Asked for another and no more in stock. Why are argos trying to sell damaged stock. God im fuming.(I have amended my review as customer services have responded and satisfactorily dealt with my complaint and fairly quickly bearing in mind Christmas break)

Probably the best Argos in the local area, not that I've had any issues locally with the others but the staff in this Argos always seem friendly, they want to help and always greet you in a pleasant manner.

Always found this branch to be good. No long waits, parking outside and friendly staff. Plenty of self service ordering stations are spread around the shop. The shop is also nice and cool in the summer.

Went to collect an order of toys and the sales assistant asked if I needed them hidden as I had my kids with me.A small gesture but very much appreciated and thoughtful.

Good parking. Keypads on pay stations were absolutely brown with dirt. When I told the assistant she said they were going next week. So I can only assume the staff think it's ok to not clean them then? A quick wipe with antibacterial cleaner wouldn't have hurt. Maybe Argos finds it easier to wait until the keypads are so filthy you can hardly read the numbers and then just replace them!

Absolute joke. Rang them to arrange an exchange on a faulty stroller, they said they sorted it and that my new one would come the same day between 2-6pm only it didnt turn up. Rang them and kept getting excuse after excuse, to then be told they will re generate the order and that i will get a text in morning with a new delivery time. Only when i ring back as still werent happy. They tell me it could take upto 48 hours for a text or email about delivery. I told them i need to go out n get shopping in for my children n cant do that without a stroller as i have three kids n cant manage shopping if i had to carry my baby. There response was there nothing we can do until the u r sent delivery details. So i asked them how im gonna feed my kids for next 42 hours, they couldnt answer only apologise. Well it not good enough.. Argos ur a joke quick enough to take peoples money but not quick enough wen it comes to helping customers

Collected an online order today and the staff were very friendly, quick and festive!

I have used this location a few times and have always received exceptional service! From garden furniture choice to helping me carry purchases to my car. Always get a friendly welcome, store has a nice layout and they allow dogs. Even my puppy likes shopping in Hailsham Argos!Thanks again for always being so helpful!

Helpful staff and they stock most itemsThe only negative is that I was advised on what tablet to buy by the store staff (Wanted to use a Sim card for using the tablet out & about when I don't have WIFI) but was sold one which was Wifi onlyI managed to return it easily even though i'd opened the item

We bought 2 electric heaters that don't work very well. They didn't take it back because it's already open. So I should pay £200 and throw them in the trash is that it? We do not recommend this store
