Alexandra has done multiples massages for me over the past few months. When I first met her it was clear to see that she is extremely professional and knowledgable in terms of her understanding of the body. She talked me through every step of the way and gave me recommendations on how I can help improve myself to not be so injury prone. All of this within the comfort of your own home. Alexandra has made such a difference to me. I have had a lot of problems with my shoulder and left arm.On her first visit she took the time to find out all she could about my problem and what I do so she could try and find the cause.I have been to the doctors on several occasions and they were thinking of injections into the joints but whenAlexandra came she thought the symptoms were more mussel related than joint.It turns out she was right, I was getting to a point where the pain was unbearable and mentally I was reallystruggling with it.I have had three sessions now and it’s like a miracle, I still have some pain now and then but the difference is fantastic.Alexandra showed me some stretching techniques and more advice which has been very helpful.And no injection or tablets were needed. I am going to have regular sessions to keep it feeling good.She has been very professional and a great help highly recommend her.
