Perfection Bridal Cardiff

I have just been dress shopping at Perfection Bridal and wanted to share my thoughts! I had such a good experience and MAY have found my dress! The ladies were extremely helpful and honest (in a kind way!) and you could tell that they were knowledgeable and experienced. They took my budget into consideration but I felt that there wasn’t really a focus on ‘price’. They just genuinely wanted to find a dress that I loved and that would suit my body. Seeing the dress with accessories was very helpful and made everything feel more ‘put together’. I am looking forward to booking another appointment with Perfection Bridal and would highly recommend it to others!

A huge thank you to the ladies at Perfection Bridal. I had been to two other bridal shops before this one, and hadn't quite found the right dress. Suzanne and team were so patient, listened to what I was saying and made great suggestions. They made sure that I wasn't looking at dresses outside of my budget, which was very helpful!I didnt find my dress on my first appointment, but I had a feeling that that was the shop I would buy from. That evening I was looking online at their dresses, and found the perfect one. I rang up the next day and they booked me in for an appointment the same week to try it on. It was the dress! All contact was smooth and friendly, they clearly care about all their dresses. I'd highly recommend them.

If anyone is looking for their wedding dress I highly recommend Perfection Bridal in Cardiff. I booked for a Saturday and had my appointment with Suzanne where we had the whole shop to ourselves. Loved that I had a little personalised Plaque with my name on. We went looking all around the shop for dress’ that I liked which I tried on whilst Suzanne listened to what I liked and dislike where we then finally found the dress!! My wedding date is July and Suzanne made sure every dress I tried on would be available for my date before allowing me to try it on. Nothing was too much to ask for from Suzanne and had amazing service.

I had a really great experience at Perfection Bridal and Suzanne really is a credit to the store - so professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't actually end up getting my dress here. I was stuck between two dresses (one in another shop) and it was VERY close. Came down to the dress but I would have loved to have got my dress from Perfection due to the great service. Thank you again.

Beautiful store with a wonderful selection of dresses. Easy to book and choose a few dresses. Suzanne was so lovely and supported me through choosing / narrowing down styles and fabrics that I liked and that suited me. Looked after my Mum and Grandma, making sure they were comfortable and able to voice their opinions.No pressure to buy just a lovely experience, thank you Suzanne!

Perfection Bridal are truly perfect! Myself and my Mum had a fantastic experience when trying on dresses for my wedding, both ladies were so helpful and lovely! I absolutely loved my dress and felt amazing in it on the day of my wedding! Thankyou Perfection Bridal.

I had a great first bridal experience at Perfection Bridal, Lisa and Suzanne were amazing and very welcoming making the process feel very relaxed. Lisa was very knowledgable in helping me pick from the variety of dresses that they had in the store. I left the store chuffed having purchased a dress but felt no pressure at all in having to do this. Would highly recommend! X

I had the most lovely experience shopping for my wedding dress at Perfection Bridal. The staff there are the loveliest ladies, I found them so welcoming and genuine in their advice and reactions to the dresses I was trying on. I am not a good shopper and usually get fed up trying clothes on after about 2 minutes but I could have stayed there all day! I’m so glad I found THE dress in this shop, and the whole experience that followed of payment/collection/getting questions answered was really smooth and easy. I can’t recommend this shop enough, thank you ladies!

With perfection bridal the clue is in the name. Susan couldn't be more helpful and kind. There was no pressure put on us, just kindness and and helpfulness throughout the experience.My partner got her second dress here. First place she went too lied about sizing, alterations and basically bullied her into a purchase.Perfection set us up with a reputable tailor for alterations, helped with accessories among other help.

Suzanne and Lisa were nothing short of amazing . From the moment I walked into Perfection Bridal I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed. The shop was stunning and had a calm, classy feel to it . The advice was tailored to myself and I was given 100 per cent attention. Lisa’s knowledge was impeccable.Suzanne and Lisa listened to what I was looking for and let me make one of the most important decisions in a brides life. ‘The Dress’I made two visits to try on two dresses that I was torn between, but by the second visit .. Lisa was right to suggest ‘I sleep on it’The second visit was as relaxed as the first with no pressure and it ensured I was 100 percent sure of my choice .As a final lovely gesture I was presented with a lovely gift bag to say Thank you for my business.I cannot recommend Perfection Bridal enough .. it was a beautiful experience from start to finish.Thank you
