I bought a BMW from here for my son and was very surprised how low the price was. About 2 weeks later we noticed the front drivers headlight didn’t sit right and they sorted it straight away, if your looking for good quality cars at great prices then look no further, even the finance they arranged looked to good to be true but we were in and out within a hour. They were so good that I’ve now bought my daughter a car from here and Shaun did whatever he could to get my credit application accepted. For cars on credit, this is the place to go

Had a real good positive experience with buying a lovely car from these guys last week. Left it a week to do the review to see what the car was like after some miles added, and everything is absolutely fine.Rang Shaun last weekend and 'kick started' the deal on a car I saw on his website. He was out with his family but still dealt with me and referred me to the office.He gave Graham the details who called me to invite me in. Everything went smoothly, Graham was also a lovely guy to deal with. I done the deal and drove away within 2 hours of making the initial enquiry.Have 3 months warranty and the option to extend, so I am very happy and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of how these guys operate. Would highly recommend them.

We travelled to SJH cars in hope of changing our car, we had previously emailed to let them know we wanted to come up to view a car. When we arrived, they kindly gave us the key to have a look and take for a test drive. We decided we wanted the car and in no time at all they helped us to arrange the finance and part exchange my car. They were all so helpful and did most of the work for us. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a second hand car at very reasonable prices. Thanks again for all your help!

If I could give a 0 Review I would, I Bought a car for £12995, I looked at the reviews from SJH and went for it, 3 months later complete disaster.Days after getting the car the battery went dead, and the reversing camera stopped working, this is still on going, the drivers door dropped badly.Two months in, very little mileage done, took it to a garage to be assessed for concerning whining problems, to find the rear tyre was badly cracked ,Second tyre delaminating, and advised discs pads had around 500 miles roughly and to replace them. I took it to another garage where they said the same thing. I wanted the car perfect and paid for it,The car was still making slight whining noises.February called AA , they came out and said possible gearbox. I took it to a gearbox specialist, where it was diagnosed gearbox failure, and cost of rebuild £5,000.Shaun, the owner, 2 days later said it was out of warranty and didn’t know where to go with it.The warranty only covers £500 and is third party not with them.This was not explained correctly to me when purchasing the car be very carefulI have rang and sent messages .No response, I have never been treated like this before buying a car it’s shocking.The car was not fit for purpose from day 1, the car should not have passed the m.o.tIt’s not a show room as advertised on there website.I should have and wish I had walked away.15.7.23 Update to Sjh comments underneath.Shaun has now paid a contribution of £ 2000 out of the total price £4400I will put this down to a very costly experience.In total the car cost me £3000 out of my own pocket to put it back on the road.

Very good! The car was like new....very good cars and they give warranty of 3 months! Definitely recommend

ML14 UVEI couldn’t leave a worse review of a car dealership if I tried! This dealership like to take your money and then take no responsibility for the rubbish they sell you.Found a car online that looked great, had it delivered. Within 24 hours there were issues. Issues that the garage couldn’t fix, or refused to fix. The car was back and forth between my home and their premises several times and they never fixed the problem. Refused to swap the car or take it back. Extremely unprofessional staff and to be quite honest the whole forecourt looks like a scrap yard. Please please don’t waste your time. Go to a reputable dealer and know you are buying something worth the money you’d spend.I’d never ever ever buy from here again and if a friend has ever said “im getting a used car” I double check it isn’t with these bunch of cowboys and warn them away if it is.I’d give 0 stars if I could.*edited to add. I can see negative reviews are responded to with “we never sold you a car”. For clarification, the car they sold me has been sat on my drive unable to start for over a year now.*edited again, I also posted this review on Facebook. To which they responded I should message them. Presumably so it was private. They responded a couple of times and my last 7 messages have gone unanswered. Please do not buy from here.

Couldn't fault these guys. Bought a Fiat 500 back in October. SJH have been brilliant. We've had numerous things wrong with the car and they've sorted everything for us. It's like a new car and I love it

Bought a car from this place in May 2023. Had nothing but problems with it , he doesn't like to answer calls, asked for refund numerous times have now taken it to trading standards

The service is brilliant! Given a lot of information, done everything on time. The car was delivered to home without any paymant/ more that 100 miles/. The owner is pleasant and honest. I visited a lot of garages, but the good service found only in SJHUSEDCARS. Thank you very much !
