Very pleased with the care provided for my mom, allowing my brother to have time for himself, will be using this service again. Carers took time to chat to mom which brightened up her day.

Lorna, who is my mum’s Key Carer had a perilous journey in the snow today but she still turned up to look after them along with her other clients. Both my parents look on her as a friend and she has taken a lot of worry away from the rest of the family as she looks after them so well. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude Jenny Thomson

A disgrace would not even give them one Star. We are supposed to have 4 calls a day had one at 8.00am this morning still waiting for them to call at 19.15 and can not get in touch with the office. They are a joke

Plan it is the best place to work with experience cares who always willing to walk extra mile for their client . The office staff too are helpful all the time . It’s a family place

Generally adequate..some carers much better than others...efforts made for daily continuity of carers..often difficulty over weekend care...covering holidays etc.Personal care varies in quality..some carers prefer speed to customers comfortWould suggest more respect paid to customers equipment and home...have experienced damage and breakages..reported but not followed up and dealt with by managers.
