Healthy Hydrotherapy Ltd

I have been going to Healthy Hydrotherapy sessions in the evening since July 2013. I have Secondary Progressive MS, for which there is no cure nor treatment. I find being in the warm water enables me to move in a pain-free manner that would be impossible me to do otherwise. Although I have a progressive disease, I am convinced that my mobility is improved through this weekly session. Testament to this is that I always struggle when getting into the pool but get out unaided and feeling rejuvenated.Not only does my personal programme enable me to work on different areas of my body depending on how I am you feeling, but each session includes a one-to-one review which is invaluable. Having known me for over five years Chris, Ali and the team know exactly when I need additional support and changes to my programme.This weekly review is a great morale booster as well as offering the obvious physical benefits. I can definitely recommend Healthy Hydrotherapy for improvements in neurological conditions.
