First of all, the staff are great, the place is open until late, which is always a bonus, although cards not accepted and the wrong phone number on both Google and their site could be discouraging. And the liquid I got from here is, in all honesty, awful. I spent £20 on premium" ejuice that is so thick and gloopy it ran through two coils in a matter of a week. (as a benchmark

The guy that served me was fantastic, he really knows his stuff. If you sign up to their whatsapp group you get amazing deals too. I can't recommend this shop enough. Excellwnt service and a really good variety of E-liquids. I will, for sure, become a regular.

Used this place for years, always used to be very helpful. Went today for advice on a broken vape, the tall bald guy wasnt willing to listen and kept interrupting me telling me that what had happened was 'not physically possible' and just made out that it was my fault. Then became very confrontational asking 'well what do you want me to do about it' .Other staff are excellent, but as long as this 'gentleman' works there I shan't be a customer.

Absolutely great, never ever had an issue at this vape shop. All the staff are spot on and always sort us out with liquids that we need, they give great advise when it comes to new vapes, coils liquid etc. Always accommodating us and go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. Terrible service, whenever I go in the guy running the shop will sigh and pause whatever movie he’s watching on his laptop to come and stare at you whilst you look at the flavours, after which he’ll pretty much throw the bottles at you on the countertop. it’s a good store with a wide selection but good lord the customer service is dreadful, it feels like they don’t even want you to come in
