Free parking! Coffee is Costas, all the same what ever Costas you go to, took a while to get served as was busy, offices nearby doing coffee runs!

Nice find in The tucked away Tesco and even more tucked away Costa, very quiet at 7am in Foots Cray in Sidcup with a gorgeous large cappuccino and breakfast cinnamon roll, excellent friendly service and very nice people

Good coffee..nice sandwich..However restaurant itself was grubby . Trays not collected and floor unclean.. staff pleasant enough ..just a general tired feeling about the place

Service was ok, being deaf I struggle sometimes with the noise level when ordering. Ordered a flat white but got what looked like a small latte, definitely think they have lost their ability to make good coffee. This is one of the reasons I try to avoid Costa these days

Staff and food great but the environment they are making the staff work in is unacceptable, no Aircon system in that ridiculously hot weather and with no repairs until next summer?! Corporation that big of whitbreads should be able to repair or replace an Aircon unit for a busy store

This place is always messy, sticky and in need of a good clean! It needs an extra member of staff to go round collecting all the old cups and trays from the tables as if not the customers need to do it. It’s nice sitting outside but again all the tables and pavement are in need of a good scrub!!

Slowest service ever. We were the next in line but the two staff members working behind the counters were soo painfully slow, taking their time with the previous order, did not even acknowledge us standing there waiting for so long. No “sorry to keep you waiting” or “will be right with you” just taking their sweet time moving extremely slowly. If you hate working there then just leave? We eventually walked out and went to Pret.

Costa shameless!Very dirty place! No pride in the job, no care of the place given in the costady... Hazard to clients!! After I spoke with one on the staff, rubbish was moved from one corner of the counter to another.... I am not sure if the training provided by the company is not adequate or lacks managerial skills or just lacks common sense... I was so disappointed with the place!!! There is so much competition in the area, and I love Costa coffee, but 4 people on the shift ( I saw them: walking, serving ,replacing stock,even offering to carry trays to the tables) could in 5 min get stuck high tays out of the tables ... No notice of self-cleaning - asking customers to put trays on the ruck after finishing having drinks .... if inspector ever arrives to this establishment ... bey bey Costa!!!!!
