Title: Terrible Experience - Beware of Sinclair Thompson!Review:I am writing this review to warn other customers about the extremely poor services and fraudulent practices at Sinclair Thompson's shop. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to prevent others from falling into the same trap of wasting time and money.In December 2022, I entrusted Sinclair Thompson's shop to provide a service for which I paid £80 upfront. At first, everything seemed promising; Sinclair was charming and reassured me that the job would be completed on time. However, as time passed, it became apparent that these were merely empty promises.After a month, Sinclair came up with a plethora of excuses to explain the delay, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. When it became apparent that my laptops were not being Fixed as promised, I decided to take them back from the shop. At that point, Sinclair acknowledged the failure to provide the service and assured me that a full refund would be issued.Sadly, several months have now passed, and I am still waiting for my £80 refund. My attempts to reach Sinclair Thompson through emails and phone calls have been met with complete silence. It is evident that he has no intention of honoring his commitment to refund my money.To add insult to injury, I sought help elsewhere and had my laptops repaired at another shop, which not only fixed the issues in just 10 days but also charged me half of what Sinclair Thompson was asking for.In conclusion, I implore you to avoid Sinclair Thompson's shop at all costs. His friendly demeanor may seem appealing initially, but it masks a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Don't be fooled by the charm; this individual cannot be trusted. Save your money, save your time, and seek services elsewhere where you'll be treated with respect and receive quality service without deceit. Spare yourself the headache and disappointment; steer clear of Sinclair Thompson's shop!

Very happy to have found this place. Staff were all very lovely and helpful. Sinclair repaired my watch as well as chain repair for two necklaces that I have broke and cherish deeply. You are in good hands here! I will definitely be returning for future fixes/repairs needed- happy to have professional and friendly businesses like them in the neighborhood

Great service and a very friendly man with over 20 years of experience. He adjusted the bracelet on a Rolex and replaced a battery on another watch while I waited. Can highly recommend.

Sinclair is amazing at what he does. I had a watch which I thought was dead, as it had been left off for nearly 4 years. The watch crown was missing, the clasp on the watch strap was broken, and the battery had died. He managed to have the watch repaired really quickly and looking as good as new. I would highly recommend his services

Brilliant service - fast, friendly and a fair price. Took a link out of my new watch and then happily removed another one when it was still too big. Would definitely recommend! Manager is a lovely guy

Great service! Sinclair removed the links from my new watch which now fits perfectly.Very happy with this as I wasn’t sure whether the links could be removed from the mesh bracelet. Sinclair’s a very nice person too which always helps!

Needed to have the battery replaced for my very sentimental 1995 Cartier tank américaine. I was a bit nervous about not going to Cartier directly but didnt have the time and the location of this place was very convenient. Sinclair did a stellar job, the battery replacement was fast and reasonably priced. He communicated very well with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated. I highly recommend Sinclair for any watch repairs.
