VFS Global UK Leicester

It was great visiting Leicester Centre. The staff is very helpful and considerate. I was assisted by Miss Sukhdeep Dhillon, she was quite amazing with her work and made the process of submission very easy and hassle free. I would like to thank the whole VFS staff at Leicester.

Robbers. Went to renew my passport which will get expire next year. They charged me 50 pounds extra saying my passport is damaged which is actually not, I have been to many countries using the same passport and didn't had any issues. Daylight looting

Poor support from male staff who was very rude to customers.Although it's not a VFS problem, the document specifications for OCI application and the upload portal is nonsense

It’s absolutely true to say that your staff/ people who work for you make or break reputation. It was an excellent experience and smooth transaction, All thanks and credit to Ms Sukhdeep, for her courteousness and exclusive support rendered. I am highly grateful and thankful to her. She deserves 5 Stars. People like her make our institutions stronger and better.

VFS Global in general are thieving scammers who loot people for absolutely no reason. Third country nationals who are family members of EU nationals (spouse) should be able to apply and get a schengen visa free of cost to be able to travel with the other half. But guess what, VFS charges a service charge for the appointments. Let alone the disgusting service they offer and all the additional charges that are meant to rip off the people that are forced to use their services. Absolutely disgusting. They literally force you to use them (as there is literally no other option) and ask for a fee to do so (service charge). I just don't understand how a well developed country like England/UK has succumbed to this scam. Perhaps politicians getting a huge cut out of this scam. Thieves, literally all of them. Not long before UK gets categorised as one of these third world countries in terms of corruption.

Despite the extended waiting time and the presence of only two staff members manning five counters, I must commend the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the employees. They have consistently demonstrated their dedication by promptly addressing people's inquiries and efficiently processing applications. Their positive attitude and commitment to customer service are truly commendable, even in the face of such challenging circumstances.Three stars for wait time but for staff deserves more than 5 ⭐.

Such a worst service. They took 6 pounds for sms charges and didn't even send 1 message regarding updates. 6 weeks completed but still am waiting for my renewed indian passport. Horrible experience

Great service by VFS Leicester. By mistake i filled my form for london but mr vijay shorted everything, very professional gentleman. All three staff are very helpful and polite. 5 star from me.

I had appointment for Netherlands visa.Most centres take customers as per time slot but here there was common queue and for some people they checked all documents which took lot of time and for Ireland and Netherlands they just needed to check appointment letter so unnecessary wait and bit of confusion. If it was raining outside then would be difficult for ppl .as queue was outsideAbhishek and other lady who took fingerprint were polite and quick in his work.The waiting area is bit congested
