I should also mention that the entire team were, at all times, as polite, courteous and respectful as we could’ve hoped for. Cannot recommend RDH enough. We approached a few builders to quote for our extension, and Rob by far gave the most competitive quote and also took the time to discuss our ideas and plans and tried to save us money as well.Rob and his team were reliable and punctual. We would highly recommend RDH Property Services. The team have completed and project managed a full (literally everything) renovation (including extension at the rear) of a c.1840s character property, spanning the best part of a year. A key aspect of the remit for us, having only purchased the property in January 2019, was ensuring the work was firstly respectful of the history of the property, but also any enhancement to the property should be of a level of quality which will last for hundreds of years to come, and the RDH team achieved this and much more. The care and attention to detail and workmanship was meticulous, going above and beyond to deliver our vision. It's a true credit to Rob the proprietor, that he's developed a team with the same desire to deliver for the customer as him, by no means a given in the building trade as we have learnt in past experiences prior to meeting RDH. It would be a pleasure to speak to anyone directly to provide a referral or provide additional photos etc to anyone looking to use RDH in the future (I'll let Rob know he can pass on my details), as having had such a fantastic experience (and such not enjoyable experiences with previous builders), I'd love for other people to be as delighted as we are with the end result. We have thoroughly enjoyed, what could have been a very stressful project, and that is wholly down to the efforts of Rob and the team.

Rob and the team were brilliant from start to finish. We had to move out due to the size of the work and Rob was always on hand to walk us around and talk us through the development and what was next. Just had Rob and the boys build our extension. Rob was on the ball advising on building regs and design which resulted in a bigger and better extension than we could have ever imagined.
