Having recently purchasing Steve's pride and Joy face-lift T5 seeing the attention to detail hes put into it was outstanding! We had a couple of small niggles after but without hesitation he immediately booked it in to the workshop and repaired them to a high standard! 100% will be returning for future servicing e.t.c!Thanks again Steve and look forward to returning for its first service in our ownership

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Massively grateful for superb personal and informative service. Thank you Ade on reception for taking me through every aspect of the vehicle problem and the way forward, costing and advising me was first class. So for that 11/10.Ade called me into the workshop to show me theproblem with my van. Also, Jason and Simon in the workshop who showed me what needed to be repaired, the costing and the benefits. Simon, the boss, you have a magnificent business and fantastic, knowledgeable staff.Yes, my van is now absolutely top drawer. She runs superb. All problems resolved.I just want to add, that my vehicle is a VW T5, I have absolutely no connection to this business whatsoever, either financially or otherwise

Would like to say a massive thank you to Ade and the team for fixing my rear window wiper not working and for replacing the motor. The communication from start to end was spot on and even went the extra mile by replacing the washer jet that wasn’t working! Brilliant customer service and will definitely be coming back! The guys at vagcar were amazing from the off. Solved my problem (an electrical fault) quickly and it didn't cost the earth.. I would highly recommend to anyone with a vw group car. 10/10 thank you.
