Very busy in store today however staff were extremely helpful , felt very safe and happy to shop there even got to meet Dougie the new manager who was very hands on by the looks of things trying his best to keep customers happy , all in all a very good visit.

A real eye opener. Situated in the old Toys R Us store. This was well organised with social distancing measures in place. Lots of stock at reasonable prices. Quite a few queues as it was busy but the chap on the till remained calm and had a short chat with me. The previous customer had a big trolley of food and the cashier scanned everything quickly. I will definitely be back, hopefully the cafe will be open next time.

I asked the manager Adam this morning for some tins of coconut milk. He searched everywhere, on the shelves, on the pallets waiting to be unloaded & in the stock room. If there was any to be found they would have been mine. There wasn't but I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you for trying so hard.

Get yourself to the Cafe fantastic value for money and so underused. Same items at Costa or Pret would have been at least twice as much. Pot of tea £1 ! Meatball Marinara £2.50 slices of cake from 79p USE IT OR LOSE IT ! X

After standing in the queue for 35min, I had to leave my shopping. Shear madness. But when this terrible time we are in,is over, I will return, as I had a trolley half full. Very reasonable.

There could be seating near the till area for people with mobility issues and around the shop itself my mum only managed a few aisles due to her own mobility issues. This will become a issues for lots of people in the elderly age group. The only downside is there is no mobility wheelchairs for people. Otherwise its a good big shop. Lots of choices.

Good value for money some staff are a bit miserable and unfriendly. But a massive Thank you to Simon Cope. He is always helpful and friendly with a smile on his face . Some of the staff could take some advice of the young man how to treat customers.
