Good product.Only down side was the delivery driver turning up before arranged time then ringing me up saying nobody is home. Had to send him away to return as arranged.

We were very impressed with the service that we received and the quality of the products. Our fence and shed were both replaced. Tony and his crew put down a shed base for us, and Lee and his team erected the fence. They all did a great job and were very considerate and friendly. The girls in the office were very helpful. They kept us informed of what was happening when and everything happened as they said it would. Chart fencing is a great company and we would recommend them.

Chart Fencing have put up two fences for us this year, both excellent quality. They get back with prices quickly, and Lee & his guys arrived as arranged, on time, bright and early. Everything was done to a high standard and the garden left tidy. I would certainly use them again.

Totally unprofessional!Booked for a quote for new fence. The person turned up late which was a bad first impression. We then waited ages for a quote to be sent and when it finally was their were mistakes with both my name and address which wasn’t accurate. Again not a good sign! Then on to the actual quote where half of what had been asked for wasn’t even mentioned on the quote!!! Upon emailing them to let them know of the issues with the spelling of the name, the address being inaccurate and the quote missing things of it I never received a reply back regarding it. No lose really as even if they had replied I certainly wouldn’t be using them if this is the professionalism before they even have your money!!!!

I have used chart Fencing on a few occasions and have never had any reason to be disappointed. Quality of product is always really good, delivery is always on time and any questions I have or advice needed have been dealt with which has been very helpful. All in all very happy with the great service from a friendly knowledgeable provider!

Outstanding service!! I wanted a BBQ shelter built to specification re size and style, as I intend to use the bbq year round. Clair and the team at Chart Fencing put together the design I wanted, provided a quote very rapidly with substantial materials and then handbuilt it to spec. Although a couple of minor design details were then incorporated, these have enhanced rather than taken away from the overall shelter. Overall, exceptionally pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend!!
