We were looking around for a car for my daughter when we came across kembertons. We were impressed with the quality and selection of cars on show. Ended up getting an audi A3 that my daughter is really happy with. Had a couple of minor needs like a tyre replacing, aircon top up and a fault on tyre pressure monitor, but they got it in and sorted it all out in no time. Staff there are helpful and friendly and i would highly recomend them if your looking around for a decent quality used car.

I brought a car in August, after searching and searching, the staff were fab and not pushy at all, we got it with in a few days with a new mot and service and valet, they even got it ready a day early as I have a 3 kids and needed the car, drove away very happy, broke down on Saturday evening, they recovered the vehicle Monday, provided a car for me to drive and sorted my car same day, it wad such a good experience for a bad situation, thank you so much, you can be sure to buy from them with good faith, aftercare is amazing decent price and brilliant staff.

There were several vehicles of interest on the lot. Keeshan was very helpful and polite, giving us space to look over the vehicles and test drive more than one. We ended up buying one from here and it's been very good. One minor issue post-sale was sorted professionally and quickly. Purchased 4 months ago.

A little pricey for such high mileage vehicles.Only a price is in the window, no mention of history, MOT, mileage or previous damage repair (cat S D N etc). Had to use an app to get relevant information and not sure if staff would have been forthcoming without one.

So living in Devon we find the car we had been looking for with this company, they made the trade off our vehicle and the buying off the one we wanted very satisfactory, no up selling , just very straightforward, sent us videos off the car inside and out before we traveled over 140 miles and we wasn’t disappointed, there was a problem with not having the service history book at the time on which we was aware off and a week later it arrived in the post, would we buy from this garage in the future, definitely.

Positive experience with staff who were not pushy in sales and offered a fair part exchange price. The car was ready within a few days and was a very stress free process.

Gutted about this one, had our hearts set on this car, drove an hour to see the Nissan quashqai judging from the pictures and information on the site, pulled up and it looked great.. from a distance, the information on this car saying its in fantastic condition was incorrect and the pictures failed to show the left hand side of the car was full of scratches all across, from front door and scratches looking worse to the rear, like it had been keyed or gone into a hedge, also the front left tire had a slice into it and I wondered if it should have passed its mot with that, the pictures don't do it justices, we lost intrest and trust and chose the best option to leave it for someone else to have the same outcome, sadly the car was put straight back on the site with the same information,Least show people the mess on the side, some people might be happy to try sort it out, but I'd feel if I took this car home people would think I was crazy, especially for the price I would have paid..

Great selection, good prices, part ex welcome and helpful staff. You don’t get much better.Although I had some issues with the car I had from them in the beginning, they went above and beyond to find a solution for me.Gave me various options and for the most part I had a good experience with them. I would recommend using them, as their aftercare is second to none. They don’t just forget about you once you have purchased your car.

Got some nice cars on this site all at great prices will be looking after Christmas to buy one
