Excellent service, good quality work, friendly and warm staff, good value for money.

Lovely shop and service. Main complaint is them talking all the time but not to the customers but to each other and not in English. Makes you feel very uncomfortable and like they are talking about you. It’s very rude.

Love getting my pedicure here. Nails are always perfect shape and size. Colour lasts. Great choices and the massage chairs are fantastic. Recommended my cousin to go here yesterday and she got BIAB, her nails are stunning! Am booking in for mine now. Eeek!

I love Whitchurch Nails. I’d never had my nails done until October last year and now I’m hooked. They make it seem so simple here, they’re friendly efficient and very good at what they do. I never hesitate to recommend them ♥️

Lovely salon, really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and took time over my nails.I'm really happy with infills and gel finish. You can book an appointment but they do walk ins too.Good choice of nail colours.Pedicure was to a high standard and my feet look so good! The massage chair was so relaxing.Booked a take off & full set of acrylics and really happy with the finish and attention to detail.I'll definitely make this my regular!

I took my daughter for her birthday and we had a lovely experience, very quick and efficient and the results are brilliant. My nails have looked fabulous for over 3 weeks. I’ll be going back shortly to have my nails redone along with a pedicure.

What a loverly place to go and have your nails done. I had the best pedicure ever they were wonderful, really paid attention to detail on all aspects of my pedicure. My feet have never been so soft. I also had a lovely biab french gel manicure the paint was just perfect cant belive these are my natural nails they look amazing. The staff are so nice and friendly too.

I've gone to this place twice now. I get gel polish on my natural nail. First time I went, the man doing my nails barely interacted with me but kept speaking another language with his colleague. The nails came out a little patchy. Second time, I had a woman who did interact, but very minimally. I showed nail art I wanted that I got from their facebook page, and she did it wrong. When I corrected her, she started speaking to her colleagues (in another language) and laughing. She would repeatedly laugh while pointing at my nails or every time I spoke, with her colleagues. The nails still didn't come out great, but I left it. Some of the nails have scratched polish which was immediately after I left the salon, some are patchy. Some have the top layer cracked. It may be affordable, and the nail polish does last, but ultimately it was an uncomfortable experience and the customer service is awful...
