Regus - Bolton, Town Centre

Ellena the Community Manager is a nasty person who does not understand about customer service and forcing customers to pay for service that is not valid and being ripped off by her and Regus. They’re forcing me to stay in an agreement until August 2022 where they have restricted my access to not be able to use the office and get our PPE. This company is trash don’t bother wasting your money they don’t understand customer value everyone is complaining about them. The accounts email does not work always bounces back. You can get charged £50 per hour for a training room which is ridiculous. The lifts are damaged half of the time and also the coffee machine does not work but you get charged for that facility. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The service provided by the Regus Business Centre Bolton is second to none.I wouldn't have any issues recommending them to any business, large or small, looking for a total office space solution.The staff are always friendly and courteous and the offices are always excellently maintained.

Went for training day. Modern clean offices. Accessible by lifts to all floors. Several car parks nearby ranging in prices

I have used the day offices at Bolton monthly for the last couple of years and occasionally have used the larger meeting rooms to meet with colleagues, I travel with work a lot so it's important that if I need somewhere to meet with suppliers at short notice I have everything I need and I certainly have that at Bolton. The girls are welcoming, personable and friendly. All in all a pleasant experience every time and I would definitely recommend Regus to my colleagues, friends and family.

Nice building .. but from the nearby car parks( not one opposite )not wheelchair friendly at all .cobbles and high kerbs..

I used the Bolton Centre Business Lounge with my colleague whilst we were travelling through the North West with meetings.The Centre is very well located with ample parking (which is a novelty for a town centre), the business lounge itself was large, spacious and very comfortable.The centre staff were very welcoming and friendly with a good local knowledge of the town, which was helpful when we wanted to go somewhere nice for lunch.All in all a pleasant visit and I will definitely stop there again.

Went for an interview the building was lovely very tidy outside apart from cig ends on floor. The lifts worked fine n the receptionist was friendly n pointed me in right direction.

I use this center on a regular basis for their meeting rooms and day offices.The staff are exceptional and nothing is ever too much - they have made myself and my visitors tea and coffee and even decorated an office for me on my birthday - presenting me with a cake and balloons!The personal touch goes a long way and even when I have meetings in Manchester, I still choose to come back to Bolton. They greet me as if I am a permanent client and are always pleased to see me.There is always a good rapport with other clients and the offices are always neat, tidy and well presented. I couldn't recommend them enough. #LoveRegusBolton

Attempted calling the Bolton Office, but line goes dead. Rang the general number to be put through. Line goes dead.After attending the office, I found the building manager and the receptionist most helpful. Good customer service saves the day.
