Wayne and his team are professional, honest (rare amongst estate agents in my opinion) and provide a personal service that I do not believe could be bested anywhere else. They will work to make sure your house sale is completely stress free - they certainly did mine :)

My partner and I have recently purchased our first home together through Lees and Waters. The entire experience from initial viewing to picking up our keys was an absolute pleasure. On our first and only visit to our new home (only needed the one!) Wayne was extremely helpful and professional answering any questions to full. He provided us such a detailed overview, we knew a second viewing was not necessary which made our offer an easy decision after only 24 hours of the house being on the market. Laura is a credit to the company! She was polite and helpful throughout the incompetence of our terrible conveyancer (this deserved a medal in itself!) Different than most, we still believe that after 2 weeks of being in our home the pictures provided certainly did not give a false impression to the size of the house, in fact, it's even bigger then we remembered! When it came to collecting our keys the whole team were so friendly congratulating us, especially my over excited partner! Thank you again to the team at Lees and Waters.
