The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, we have bought oak flooring from them and doors and we are very happy with them. Good quality and always kept in form about what was happening during the delivery process.

Completely let down by this company. They did not arrive when they said they would, I could not get anyone to call me back with confirmation of when they would be coming, eventually after all day on the phone got someone who admitted they might turn up in a week. Or perhaps two weeks. Appalling customer 'care'. Have cancelled the order.
