Jane Sheehan Reflexology

Jane is a superb reflexologist. Her treatment is light touch but powerful, healing and relaxing. She makes you feel very welcome and her focus is totally on your treatment. I would highly recommend her for health issues and if no major issues, just have an amazing relaxing treatment.

I have been seeing Jane since the start of July 2020 to help with anxiety after lockdown. All the time I would be feeling sick and anxious and having to wear anti-sea sickness bands to get through the day, then I started having Reflexology from Jane and noticed a difference almost instantly.It’s so hard to explain as you don’t physically feel anything different after, but the normal tasks of life that had become too much for me to cope with in my head all started to slip away and become easier after my second session. Reflexology isn’t just a foot massage it’s so much more and Jane really worked on my anxiety areas, now I feel back to normal and have moved to monthly sessions. Having quite a few sessions close together really helped me. Janes Reflexology style is so calming and relaxing I was relaxed enough that I fell asleep for a moment in my most recent session! I’d recommend going to Jane for reflexology to anyone who is in the same boat with general anxiety, or just wants to be relaxed. Thank you Jane!

I have been going to Jane for fertility reflexology. She is incredibly kind, gentle and patient and almost like a talking therapist as well as a reflexologist!I did get pregnant in the summer, not long after starting sessions for the first time (though who can say for sure whether it was linked). Unfortunately the pregnancy didn’t stick, so I started my sessions again.A lot of people I know and trust tell me reflexology is great for fertility, including those with a traditional medical background. Plus I feel that my successful conception may well have been aided by the sessions. So I will continue going as long as I need and can

Jane has been treating me for a year now, and at 75 years of age, my body seems more resilient to colds and other viruses than it’s ever been. The reflexology sessions are relaxing (I often fall asleep) and gentle. I can’t recommend Jane highly enough!

I have known Jane since May 2016 when I went on a yoga holiday in Greece. Along with my yoga teacher Jane was a facilitator taking daily Qi gong classes which at the time was a new activity to me. She also so offered holistic treatment sessions which I enjoyed in that week in the sun.I have continued with my Qi gong classes with Jane for the past two years and have had reflexology and Shiatsu treatment with Jane at Treat in Norwich.I have found Jane to be supportive and non judgemental in her teaching Qi gong and with a sense of humour.When undertaking her private therapy sessions she is empathetic, calm , responsive to her clients needs and discreet.A very lovely person !

Jane is a breath of fresh air and her touch instantly makes me relax. I have found her such a support and help during my infertility, pregnancy and postpartum journey. Jane is amazingly good at what she does and is incredibly passionate. I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I've been fortunate to try some of Jane's holistic treatments both for relaxation and specific health problems. Her calm, professional manner is always very reassuring and Shiatsu and careful skill helped to improve my lower back pain. Jane's Qigong classes have restored my well-being leaving me better equipped to deal with life's many challenges.

I was lucky enough to meet Jane at my first reflexology appointment at the same time that I went into Labour! It was a wonderful way to relax and start my hypnobirthing journey! Since then myself and my little ones have all enjoyed treatments from Jane. The difference on my toddler's sleep after each treatment was incredible! I booked an appointment with Jane Sheehan hoping for help with my pain.The treatment has been a revelation.It has relieved the tension in my legs, and in me.Jane is so easy to talk to, and so understanding.Frankly I don't know how it works, but it does!I feel so much easier when I leave than I did when I arrived.
