The service I received was appalling. After scheduling my car for service due to a charging system issue, I faced a series of frustrating setbacks. Ford Kings Norton initially delayed the appointment, causing my car to break down the next day. Despite rescheduling for Monday, they couldn't accommodate it until later and then demanded I arrange for recovery, which I had to pay for. Upon retrieval, they claimed the car was ready, but it hadn't been serviced at all. Attempting to drive it out, the car broke down again, posing a potential safety risk. Despite my frustration, they insisted on another day to address the issue. Multiple attempts to contact the service team failed, and upon returning, I discovered they still hadn't touched the car. This ordeal left me without a car for three days, bearing the cost of taxis to work, with no offer of a courtesy car. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication have been utterly disappointing.

What a great experience from start to finish I saw a fiesta on line made a call to go over there and then and although it was close to closing they stayed open for us. Anthony and Ben the sales team where amazing and even when we had a small issue they moved heaven and earth to sort it out for me. I would definitely go back when it's time to renew my wife's car thank you all for a great car and great experience buying it. Mr Pougher

I am happy to recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Kings Norton branch. I just bought a Skoda Superb from them and Ben and David looked after me really well. When I drove the car away, I discovered the right speaker had blown. When I then informed the guys, they were happy to cover the cost of a replacement speaker immediately. I am extremely happy with the car and would buy from Bristol Street Motors again.

Very disappointing experience! After years of buying new and used cars from here I doubt we will ever return! We were looking for a used Estate car and after being told about an excellent car in Durham we went in immediately to discuss and agree a price. We paid £500 deposit and signed a contract and waited to view it. 2 days later got a phone call to say it had been sold by Durham! They had been waiting for finance to clear and had not updated their website. Even though the sales guy at Kings Norton had checked car was available before we signed and paid deposit! After that we felt abandoned! No apogy from higher management, no calls about different car and waited around 40mins to speak to manager when we went in to sort out and a week for deposit back. We had to go in to ask about a different car. In the end we found a car via different dealership. They treated us like royalty! Salesman even came in on a day off to let us view and test drive it! Definitely prefer other dealership now!

This was the best experience. The salesperson Michael Chambers was just fantastic. He listened to my needs, was patient and respectful at all times.
