DisastrousThey are the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever been to..and I have been to a lot.Chaos, delays inevitable, not control of the food coming out to orders. Resulting in cold burgers nuggets, coffeeThe shift manager Atlanta and the crew trainer, Hannah completely lost control of the whole process. No rate limit or reset (and whilst busy, not excessively so) they continued to load up the food coming out and loose track of order etc. With waiting times of over 40 min it is a disaster. Sorry, usually a polished process but this a lesson in failing under stress.

If you like Milkshakes I would probably pop across the road to Morrisons and pick up a Yazoo as their machine is never working.Rarely get your order correct, when they do half of it is usually cold.Went there about a month ago and witnessed 4 people getting a full refund due to them getting the orders totally wrong, the food being inedible or having to wait 20m.Go at the weekend and you’re surrounded by extremely annoying local teenagers dressed like clowns, can’t sitStill for 10 seconds so the whole joined up seat shakes and sit there nursing one coke between 5 of them while they talk utter rubbish like they’re top level gangsters.Only go there because the kids like it.

Slowest service ever. Whether it’s drive through or going in.. takes FOREVER. No one smiles, everyone looks like they’d rather be anywhere but here.. and the food is ALWAYS cold.

Ordered a delivery, arrived half hour later than suggested food was stone cold, no dips were included, no straws for drinks, the strawberry milkshake had something in it and smelt of Marzipan and tasted like it too, everything was put where it belonged in the bin,

Always terrible service from people who clearly would rather be literally anywhere else in the world than serving you.Ordered on the app well before breakfast ended and arrived for collection and told that I couldn’t have it as its now 11 am. Despite ordering and paying well ahead of time.At the same time behind the most unhelpful person (can’t do it, kitchen closed for breakfast), they were constantly throwing breakfasts on the floor in a massive pile and throwing pancakes at each other. Also don’t try to call the place as they don’t answer the phone ever. Mac Donald’s senior team need to get to this place and have a word with whoever is “running” this place. Tired of the complaints people tell me about it and the terrible service I get too. Just go to another Macclesfield, trust me. There’s one like 5 miles away, that’s what I do now.

After been told from a member of the team they don’t put the frappé machine on everyday because it’s more to clean up the one day in 3 weeks they have turned it on they can’t even make the drink 95% ice not even been blended. Place is a dump and would recommend you stay clear

After being here many times I have been disappointed more often than not recently. When going in to pick up a take away I’ve been left waiting for over 30 minutes on a couple of occasions. My parents went the other day and food came out cold. However, if you go when it’s a quieter period everything is okay!

I had a 15 minute wait for my cold meal and despite customising my order to specify no pickles, they put pickles on it anyway.Terrible service, cold food and unable to meet the customers request to leave out an ingredient they don't like! I won't be returning.

We ordered our food then we were served at the table and brought our food by a lovely Indian lady, very polite, exceptional service, she was really warm and welcoming to everyone...she should be commended for her quality of service, style and good grace.Very rare these days and she made the experience so much nicer.

I've been using this mcdonald's since it openedBut the food has gone down ,always cold .Fries are freezing not even warm .Every week I've been down to try get iced drink or milk shake for my son there never on.Why have stuff on menu if your not gonna switch machines on .We all know its because to much work to clean apparently.Also tonight no sauces when we got food homeAnd had to go back in and change fries as one again freezing cold
