Been on various day trips and holidays for the last 2 years, excellent prompt professional service all round. Hollywood Travel is a family run business and the personal touch shows, nothing is too much trouble. Hollywood are currently running a school service to Dingle Lane, 15 minutes late this morning from Tidbury Green and late yesterday causing students to be told off. Very poor service

One of the worst coach companies I've ever come across, regularly late for set school runs and leaving primary school children in the cold waiting on a busy road for 45 minutes. I've experienced such poor service that drivers don't even know the route correctly and have to ask the children to direct them, and that's even if they turn up at all. Very disappointed with the service and warn all parents not to use this company if you want to keep your children safe.

So pleased with the service Hollywood Travel have been providing!! We recently went to the Hippodrome pantomine with them as we have done for many years now. All the drivers and staff are all so nice, friendly and helpful. Booking was made so easy by Cheryl in the office! All of the team made for a stress free family day out ☺️ can’t wait to go again next year!

Coach arrive from point of pick-up within plenty of time, allowing all passengers to embark comfortably and without rush. The coach was very well presented and extremely comfortable as we had hired the executive coach. Driver assisted passengers with their luggage both on and off the coach and happily answered everyone's questions.I found the driver, Norman to be extremely professional and extremely accommodating to everyone's needs, he certainly made everyone feel very welcome. Absolute asset to Hollywood Travel.Thank you to all.Paul

We have used Hollywood travel since 2004 having 3 to 6 holidays a year with them .Why use anybody else when you are picked up at the door and returned at the end of your holiday. They organised our 50 wedding anniversary holiday for our family. Its a great company you can talk to REAL people who care about YOU and your holiday.What more can I say.
