I had my first ever Craniosacral therapy session with Imogen a week ago, we focused on helping me sleep because I’ve struggled my whole life. Since then I’ve had a whole week of amazing sleep, I feel like a whole new person. I’m excited to go back for more, I cannot recommend her enough.

I was recommended Craniosacral for the body’s response to stress and related symptoms.Imogen has an innate and profound ability to heal; gently and calmly working on physical and mental stresses to melt away your troubles and tension, stored within the body. She is a wonderful soul - a natural healer and with the most warm nature to ease you into the treatment.I have benefited significantly from her therapy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her healing hands to anyone, looking to see the benefits of bringing balance back into their life.

I'd heard a little about Craniosacral Therapy so thought I'd give it a go as I was experiencing a stress related physical condition. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have to say I've been absolutely amazed at the outcome. Imogen is super-talented, she has such an amazing gift and I've felt very tangible benefits as stored traumas have been released from my body. My advice is book several sessions with 1 to 2 week gaps to get the best benefit as I'm finding the more sessions we have the more powerful the outcome. As well as being an incredible healer, Imogen is so personable, warm and friendly and I look forward to my visits.

Imogen has been amazing with my teenage daughter, who instantly felt at ease with her. My daughter had been suffering with anxiety, she wasn't sleeping and her mood was always low. When the first session was over she asked if she could go again, she felt so calm and relaxed! She has had a few sessions now and she is a different girl, she is laughing again, she is much more relaxed and happy, and she is sleeping through! The sessions have also helped my daughter during exams. She used to be so anxious she would feel sick. Now she is so relaxed about them that she is doing much better! I can't recommend Imogen enough, a life-changing experience.
