The Tanning Shop Kensington

I went to this shop with a view to a base before going on holiday but was met with a staff member on a bad day I guess. She was rude, unfriendly and looked at me like I was just in the way. I often think that staff are just reflections of their leaders...doesn't say a lot about their leaders! Safe to say I will not return...or recommend!

My favourite place out of all Tanning Shops in London! I don't know the name of the nice English lady that works there but she is always sooooo nice to me and soooo kinds I can not describe how much love and attention she gives to every costumer. I am working in hospitality and it is sooooo rare to meet someone so incredibly passionate about their job!

I’ve used this shop on and off for probably 10 plus year.Always spotless and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.They also do waxing/eyebrows and eyelashes down stairs, so a one stop shop for all your needs.

Loved the location, everything was clean and tidy, the machine wa excellent and got results the same day (I tan quickly), it has unbeatable prices and the staff waa friendly. The only reason it got 4 starts instead of five is because of the creepy businesses that seems to go on in the basement when I went there to find the loo. That bit seemed like a sweatshop straight out of a documentary of unhappy and underpaid forced labour. That bit of the shop was messy and those down there looked unhappy and on edge.

Terrible, anxiety inducing experience. Staff had no idea instructions for spray tan. We had to call another shop for instructions….

My comment has nothing to do with the facilities in this place but is just to warn potential customers that the staff here, specifically the woman at the reception with curly hair and pink foundation, are extremely rude. Had a horrible experience there yesterday with the woman speaking to me in a rude, offensive and off-hand manner. Wish I'd said something then but didn't want to get into a scuffle. Writing this to warn others.

My usual place but it seems to become difficult to get a sun bed appointment...what a pity!

Was nice and clean , no Bluetooth though for the sunbed so 4 stars
