Pleasant staff but managed to get my order wrong twice. I simply asked for a cappuccino. I got a frappaccino, the staff member apologised and I was handed another drink. It was not a cappuccino and it had nothing written on the side, possibly meant for someone else. Poor communication between staff taking orders and making the drinks!

Had the worst customer service experience today. Ordered a £5 sandwich that ended up looking nothing like the picture with 1 slice of bacon on the driest bread you’ve ever seen.. tried to explain this to the women and she replied with, it’s not my fault though is it they aren’t made here we get them sent to us. I wasn’t expecting such a reply and the way she was looking at me was so disrespectful.. like I was something off the floor. Just so so rude definitely won’t be visiting again.

Spacious coffee shop in a retail park off the A500. A useful stop off when going from Nottingham to the Wirral. Stop off here for breakfast. Like the tiger mural

A nice branch of Starbucks, with great coffee and a nice vibe. And the staff were great too.But the main toilet was blocked and therefore it of action. Poorly maintained loos are a recurring issue in our experience of Starbucks.

Great service and coffee but why do you allow dogs in? Owners sitting them on their laps letting them lick the tables. People eat their food at these tables and they aren’t cleaned between every customer. This needs to be taken seriously and improved immediately.

I order from here most Saturdays as I can’t get through a busy Saturday morning without a coffee. I get delivery as I don’t drive and they always send me the best delicious coffees, the workers there are amazing and I appreciate them all.However, this morning I received my order from Uber and when he gave me my bag there was the cutest little note on it. I don’t know this person at all but they made my morning so much more better and gave me a big smile on my face. The fact that this particular staff member took time out of their own day to write a note for a random stranger is heart warming.Kindness is everything these days and we need more of it. So thank you very much to the member of staff who wrote it you really enlightened my day.I couldn’t add a photo on this review but i did add it to the photos on Google ❤️

Was too crowded. We waited for 30 minutes for our order, which was slightly wrong. We asked for takeout cups while our order was in stay in mugs.In general, all the cups served had spilled coffee/cream on the sides and on the serving table.I understand it was too busy, and they were trying their best. but for me, I don't think I will go back again.
