I stayed with ALH Properties for 2 years and can honestly say, very welcoming experience and the landlord was always hands-on with any repairs. House was beautiful with a modern and up-to-date design. Absolutely spotless! What I actually loved about the property is the kitchen and not like most shared properties, there’s a lounge area instead of just rooms!

ALH took full control of the restoration and conversion of my property in Luton, project managing from start to finish. With their extensive contacts in the building industry and working through the trials of Covid lock-downs, material shortages and expected findings, it was completed in a few months, the final result very pleasing. ALH also took care of finding suitable tenants and continuing with property care, rent collection and legal /administrative requirements. I have found their advise on legal, taxation and landlord requirements invaluable. ALH remains the agent for my property and I have every trust in them to take care of maintenance, and all other requirements going forward. Excellent service throughout.
