I'm so proud of my transformation after a few months of working with Doris as a PT. Thanks to Doris' nutrition and training plan, I've lost weight, gained muscle, toned up, and have built strength around an old injury which has improved my performance in weightlifting so much. Boxing coaching for cardio has been a lot of fun too.

I’d recommend Doris as a personal trainer to anyone - and genuinely have been recommending her to local friends!She’s smart, knows her stuff, and is able to work around client limitations and make adjustments on the spot. I had an injury between sessions and she helped me change up my workout and suggested some ways to work on strengthening my dodgy ankle at the same time.Most importantly, she’s a genuine pleasure to work with. I knew going in that I didn’t want to focus on weight loss and instead wanted to work on functional strength training and confidence building, and she was happy to work with me on that. She made what could have been a nerve-racking experience easy and even fun - who knew lifting weights could actually be enjoyable??Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer, she’s the best.

Currently training with Doris and feeling stronger and healthier for the first time in forever! She sets up the perfect exercises for the lessons as well as making an at home plan too. She also makes the intimidating idea of working out in a gym super comfortable and fun!

I've been training with Doris for a few months now and it's already made a huge difference. I have quite bad back/shoulder pain, but building muscle and strength has really improved how I'm feeling on a day-to-day basis. Doris is a really kind and understanding personal trainer, and you can be open & honest about what is right for you. I would recommend her to anyone!

Doris is an excellent personal trainer. I told her that my goal was to reach 15 strict pull-ups, and she wrote the perfect training plan for me. With her help, I reached my goal and actually got stronger in a lot of different ways thanks to the well-balanced routine.I've never been a big fan of gyms, but Doris showed me around before our first real session and thought me how to use some of the machines. After that, I felt a lot more confident training there and actually started training between our sessions too.

Doris is an amazing personal trainer. She understood from the get go that I wasn't interested in calorie counting or constantly weighing myself but having fun and pushing myself to feel stronger and fitter. And that's exactly what we did, with Doris' guidance and expertise I've had so much fun getting stronger and toning up for my wedding in August 2023. And now we're onto training me up for a sprint triathlon, which I never thought I'd be doing, ever...Doris is such an understanding PT especially when something crops up every so often and I have to cancel a session last minute. She's always happy to give advice on diet, protein powders/supplements and also the logic behind the exercises we do in terms of muscles it's targeting.I've tried a couple of PT sessions with other people before and none compare to Doris. Love her Instagram account as well that talks about what working out should be like, which is so aligned to how I feel about exercise.

I've been having personal training sessions with Doris for a few months now and I'm feeling a lot stronger and healthier. She is so friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. She is very helpful when it comes to nutrition and is so understanding and supportive on the days when something is getting in the way of your normal performance like a bad knee and encourages you to listen to your body! Would highly recommend Doris to anyone for personal training!
