Lovely people, very straightforward interaction. I left the shop with samples, and was able to order and have measurements done in less than 3 hours after initially leaving the house. The timings quoted were accurate, and the fitters were pleasant, quick, and did a great job. Excellent all round and will happily use again if I have the need.

We recently had new carpets fitted by Carpet Studio on our stairs, hallway and bedrooms, and we are over the moon with the results and the service. John was so accommodating, knowledgeable and patient when I visited the shop to look at samples. Everything was taken care of for us and the carpet fitters were polite and efficient. We will be coming back here for all future flooring in our home! Thank you so much.

Recently bought a new bedroom carpet, was warned it could be 2 months before a fitting appointment but a cancellation meant it was fitted a couple of weeks later! Great selection of carpets to choose from, and warm, friendly & helpful service from everyone - John in the showroom as well as the guys who came to measure up and fit the carpet. Would highly recommend the Carpet Studio!

Great service from start to finish. Large team of fitters turned up and did a fantastic job with quite a tricky hall and two sets of stairs. Really pleasedwith the service and carpet look overall and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Impressive job! Amtico flooring needs skilled fitters, as each piece needs to be cut to size. It was my first time using Carpet Studio, but I would definitely use them again, very impressed with the results! before and after pics below!

John was very helpful and allowed us to browse giving us information when needed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We took samples home to confirm our choice and when made David came out to measure the rooms. He too was as professional and helpful as John, identifying the best way to fit the carpet to reduce waste. The fitters ( sorry didn’t get your names) worked hard and were clean and tidy. Happy to have them in my home and would have no hesitation in recommending the Carpet Studio to anyone. Great service thank you all

We had a great experience dealing with Carpet Studio. From initial consultation with John in the showroom, after which we were able to take home a number of samples to try out, to prompt measuring and quick & tidy fitting during which the fitters gave us helpful tips for a better finish.So nice to have a positive experience and will definitely recommend to others.

A very positive experience from start to finish. Great service in the shop from John who was very helpful and his colleague David who came out promptly to measure up.
